1. When location is collected
Precise location is collected from the registered driver device only during an active tracking session or a related confirmation action. The driver app displays a persistent system notification while the foreground service operates.
2. Purpose
Location supports trip operation, estimated arrival, pickup and delivery evidence, signal-quality monitoring, safety incidents and authorized customer tracking. It is not used to reveal unrelated customer activity.
3. Separate access grants
Each order leg has its own grant and visibility window. A client receives only a sanitized position for that order. Delivery revokes that client's live access without stopping tracking needed for other active orders.
4. Gaps, geofences and public links
Missing data is marked as a gap rather than replaced by invented points. Geofence results require server validation and do not alone change order status. Public links are scoped, expiring and revocable.
5. Retention and rights
Detailed points are retained according to operational, dispute and legal retention rules, then removed or aggregated. Requests concerning location data can be sent to pakoline.eu@gmail.com; disclosure remains subject to the rights of other participants.
