1. Independent role
A dispatcher is an independent platform user and is not a Pakoline employee or automatic representative of any client or carrier. Authority exists only through an accepted, active dispatcher contract.
2. Permissions
Each contract specifies permitted actions and privacy scope. The server checks current contract status and permission on every represented action. A visible page or earlier access does not create continuing authority.
3. Attribution and records
Represented offers, order actions and messages identify both the represented party and acting dispatcher where relevant. Dispatcher action logs and audit events are retained for accountability.
4. Confidentiality and security
Dispatchers must use information only for the contracted purpose, protect credentials, avoid conflicts of interest and never export or disclose another party's data without authority.
5. Ending access
A party can pause or end a contract according to the available rules. Access is re-evaluated immediately. Dispatcher functions are offered without a Pakoline dispatcher fee in the current service model. A dispatcher may agree a fee for their own work directly with the represented party; such payment is settled outside Pakoline, and Pakoline is neither a party to it nor responsible for it.
