1. Before accepting transport
Clients must describe cargo, access and handling needs truthfully. Carriers must verify vehicle suitability, capacity, permits, insurance and driver readiness. No user may request or accept unlawful or unsafe transport.
2. Identity and communication
Use verified account details, keep negotiations in the order chat and review the accepted agreement snapshot. Do not share credentials or confirmation codes with an unauthorized person.
3. Pickup and delivery
Inspect cargo and obvious damage, use the appropriate pickup or delivery code and record issues promptly. A geofence arrival signal is operational assistance, not proof by itself and never silently changes an order state.
4. Tracking and emergencies
The driver must use the designated primary device safely and must not interact with it while driving. Stop safely before any manual action. For immediate danger contact local emergency services first; use Pakoline incident or dispute tools for the platform record.
5. Payment and fraud safety
Do not share payment-card details, online-banking credentials, one-time codes or photographs of cards in chat, files or e-mail. Be cautious with requests for advance payment, urgent transfers, payment to an unrelated account or communication outside the order chat. Pakoline cannot reverse a transfer made directly between users.
6. Suspicious conduct
Report impersonation, coercion, unusual route requests, tampered codes, unsafe cargo, suspicious payment requests or attempts to bypass privacy. Preserve relevant messages and evidence without confronting a person where that could increase risk.
