Terms of Service

Rules for using the Pakoline transport marketplace.

1. Scope of the service

Pakoline is a digital marketplace that helps clients, carriers and authorized dispatchers exchange transport requests, offers, messages and operational information. Pakoline is not the carrier and does not become a party to the transport agreement unless explicitly stated in a separate written contract.

2. Accounts and roles

Users must provide accurate information, choose the role they actually perform and protect their credentials. Actions performed from an authenticated account are attributed to that account. We may require e-mail, phone, identity or vehicle verification before protected actions.

3. Orders, offers and agreements

A client is responsible for an accurate cargo description, lawful cargo and safe access conditions. A carrier is responsible for suitable authority, vehicle, capacity and performance. An accepted offer revision creates a recorded agreement snapshot between the parties.

4. Service model and payments

Pakoline is currently free for clients, carriers and dispatchers. No date has been set for introducing fees. The platform is supported by clearly labelled advertising and partner placements, and any change will be communicated in advance.

Transport payment is arranged directly between the client, carrier and, where applicable, dispatcher outside Pakoline. Pakoline does not receive, hold, transfer, guarantee or reverse those funds and does not act as a bank, payment provider, insurer, debt collector or legal representative of a participant.

Do not send an advance payment to an unknown participant merely because they request it. Never disclose a full card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC, PIN, online-banking login, password, one-time code or a photograph of a payment card. Use a traceable payment method only after verifying the other party and the agreed service.

5. Fair use and suspension

Fraud, impersonation, unlawful cargo, harassment, security bypass, manipulation of advertising or tracking data and unauthorized disclosure of personal data are prohibited. We may restrict access to protect users, investigate incidents or comply with law, while preserving audit evidence.

6. Responsibility, disputes and changes

Users remain responsible for their contractual, payment, tax, licensing, insurance and legal duties. Pakoline may preserve evidence, moderate content, limit interaction, suspend or block an account and cooperate with competent authorities where required.

A platform dispute decision is an operational marketplace decision. It is not a court judgment, does not guarantee recovery or compensation and does not make Pakoline a party to the transport agreement. Pakoline cannot finance a participant's loss or represent a participant in court. Each party may independently pursue rights against the other party under applicable law.

Pakoline applies reasonable care to service availability and data protection but cannot guarantee uninterrupted networks, third-party maps or device signals. Mandatory consumer rights, statutory platform duties and non-excludable liability remain unaffected. Material changes are announced through the service or registered contact details.
