# Pakoline

> Pakoline is a transport marketplace for Poland and the European Union. A client describes a
> shipment and a route, carriers answer with offers, and the client picks one and follows the
> delivery in the same place. Dispatchers may run orders and trips on behalf of a client or a
> carrier, strictly within permissions the party granted them.

Pakoline is free to use: posting a shipment, comparing offers, chatting and tracking cost nothing.
The site works in Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and English; what people write themselves is machine
translated so every side reads it in its own language.

## Rules that shape the answers

- Contact details of a client or a carrier are never public. They open to a signed-in user with a
  verified profile, and only then.
- A rating can be left only after a finished deal; a moderator can hide a review, and a hidden
  review stops counting towards the rating.
- Tracking is shown to the client of that shipment, not to everyone with a link.
